TAUT|Residency No. 5: Katharina Fast
Die Räumlichkeiten des Projektraums TAUT werden für drei Tage und zwei Nächte KünstlerInnen als Arbeits- und Aktionsraum zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach Ablauf des Kurzzeit-Stipendiums wird das vor Ort Produzierte im Rahmen einer Vernissage präsentiert. Der Aufenthalt gliedert sich in drei Teile: Die Ankunft mit Rundgang über das Gelände findet am ersten Tag statt. Teil zwei – die eigentliche Arbeitsphase – startet im Anschluss. Der dritte Tag steht für den Ausstellungsaufbau zur Verfügung. Insgesamt werden sechs Kurzzeit-Stipendien über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr ab Dezember 2016 an verschiedene Künstler aus den Bereichen der bildenden Kunst, der Musik und Literatur vergeben. Die Reihe mündet in einer Gruppenausstellung aller entstandenen Arbeiten.
[EN] The project space TAUT of Kunstverein Wagenhalle is for three days and two nights a working and action space for an invited artist. After the expiry of the short-term scholarship the locally produced works of art will be presented at a vernissage. In total, six scholarships will be awarded to different artists from the fine arts, music and literature over a period of one year from December 2016. In the end, all works are shown in the context of an overall exhibition.

DREAMS COME TRUE – YES THEY DO.
The human soul – an undiscovered field – an untiring place where the mind and the body connect to eachother. It is a symbiosis of the unconscious and the conscious. A bond – an endless dance – the language we forgot to understand. In ‘DREAMS COME TRUE – YES THEY DO’ I give birth to my own imagination and materialize the things that can´t be said.
