Die Arbeit, die während der zweiten Phase des Residenzprogramms am @thebelgadiapalace X BEADS Residency Programme, Bhushneshwar, entstanden ist, stellt eine Erweiterung der gemeinschaftsorientierten Praktiken dar, die die Stärkung von Handwerkskunst und Nachhaltigkeit im Herstellungsprozess betonen und bis zum Ende fortsetzen. Inspiriert von den Kunsthandwerkern von Sabai Grass habe ich ihre Techniken in Keramik übersetzt und meine künstlerischen Bemühungen auf eine neue Ebene gehoben. Es war Liebe auf den ersten Blick, als ich mit Keramik arbeitete; die Keramik hat viel Potenzial als Material für die Entwicklung und Erweiterung meiner Kunstpraktiken. Inspiriert von den Motiven, Designs und Strukturen, die Sabai Grass innewohnen, verkörpern meine keramischen Kunstwerke eine Erkundung von Form und Gestalt. Während ich ein gewisses Maß an Formentscheidung versuche, bleibe ich bestrebt, die Originalität, Essenz, Textur und chromatischen Qualitäten dieses natürlichen Materials zu bewahren. Der kollaborative Prozess mit erfahrenen Keramikhandwerkern ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil meiner Praxis, da er ein tiefes Verständnis ihrer Handwerkskunst ermöglicht und die nahtlose Integration meiner künstlerischen Ideen und meines konzeptionellen Rahmens erleichtert. Bei der Zusammenarbeit mit Keramikhandwerkern beschäftige ich mich mit ihren komplizierten Techniken und ihrem traditionellen Wissen und baue eine kollaborative Beziehung auf, die eine tiefe Wertschätzung für ihre Handwerkskunst fördert. Indem ich ihre Expertise mit meiner künstlerischen Vision verschmelze, strebe ich danach, keramische Kunstwerke zu schaffen, die über bloße Objekte hinausgehen und den Betrachter zu einem visuellen und taktilen Dialog einzuladen, der kulturelle Grenzen überwindet.
